Commercial Energy Performance Cetrificates (EPCs)
Property Survey Group have been leading the way in Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (CEPCs) for some time now.
We have a network of fully accredited Energy Assessors nationwide, to provide you with a fast efficient service. As of the 1st of October 2008 EPCs have been mandatory for all commercial properties being bought, sold or leased. A commercial property is defined as a property being used for non-domestic purposes e.g. retail shops, offices and industrial buildings.
We also produce compliant Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for public spaces. Our understanding of companies requirements and the challenges commercial properties pose for carrying out an assessment are well known to us.
